AI ENGINEERING STUDIO

We ship AI into production.

Agents, LLM features inside your existing product, and the plain engineering that keeps them running. Ten years of production software behind every build.

Where AI Projects Get Stuck?

Prototype That Never Ships

You built a demo that impressed the team. Six months later it's still a demo. The gap from prototype to production is bigger than anyone planned for, and no one on the team has the time to close it.

Months of momentum lost

Consultants Who Don't Code

You hired an AI advisor and got a strategy deck when you needed a pull request. The thinking was fine. The implementation never showed up.

Budget spent, nothing to run

Your Engineers Are Buried

Your team knows the product but has never shipped against an LLM API. Every new feature on the roadmap pushes the AI work further out.

Falling behind on AI commitments

What We Build

AI Systems, and the Code Around Them

Six kinds of work. Most projects mix a few of these.

AI Agents

Agents that handle real workflows: research, support, internal ops, customer-facing tasks. Tool use, retrieval, memory, guardrails, and the plumbing that keeps them alive when the API times out at 3am.

LLM Features In Your Product

Generation, classification, extraction, summarization, search. Production prompts, structured outputs, and the interface your users actually touch.

The Engineering Around The Model

Auth, queues, webhooks, background jobs, Postgres schemas, CI, deploys. Roughly 80% of an AI build is normal backend work, and that is usually where it breaks.

Evals & Reliability

Caching, retries, fallbacks, rate limits, and cost controls. Plus evals, so you can tell when a prompt change made things worse before your users do.

AI-in-the-Loop Automations

n8n, Make, MCP servers, and custom code for workflows that outgrew rules-based tools. The model goes where judgment is needed, and nowhere else.

AI MVPs & Prototypes

Take an idea from sketch to working product. Backend, frontend, prompts, infrastructure. Shipped in weeks, not quarters.

What's Different Here

Engineers Who Actually Ship

Most AI shops sell strategy and outsource the code. We do the opposite.

Engineer-Led

The person who writes your code is the person you talk to. We read your codebase and work inside your conventions instead of dropping a parallel system next to it. 10+ years of production software behind every build.

Deep On The Model APIs

Anthropic and OpenAI. Tool use, agent loops, MCP servers, prompt caching, batch APIs, structured outputs. We have already hit the failure modes you would otherwise find in production.

You Own Everything

Your repo, your keys, your infrastructure, with tests and a README your team can pick up. No black box, no monthly lock-in, no surprise costs.

How We Work

From Idea to Production

1

Discovery Call

30 min

We map out what you want to build, what success looks like, and whether we're the right shop for it. Honest answer either way.

Clear scope + go/no-go

2

Proposal & Plan

Week 1

Written scope with milestones, deliverables, and a fixed price or day rate. No vague phases, no padded retainers.

Signed proposal + start date

3

Build

Weeks 2-N

We write the code in your repo, ship working iterations, and loop your team in for review. Async by default, calls when the work actually needs one.

Working software shipped weekly

4

Handoff

Final week

Tests passing, a README your team can follow, prompts documented, deploys explained, evals running. We stick around for questions after, you're not stranded.

Common Questions

Have Something You Want Built?

Book a discovery call. We'll walk through what you want to build and whether we're the right team to build it.

On This Call:

  • What you want to build and why
  • Whether we're a fit, and who to refer you to if not
  • Rough scope, timeline, and price range
  • A clear next step, no pressure

We take on a small number of builds at a time.
